Hotel Cavtat is a resort beach belonging to a
luxurious hotel in the city of Cavtat, 5 km from the
Dubrovnik airport and 20 km from the city of
Dubrovnik. The beach is cemented and can be
approached from the hotel through the wood and
sports facilities. No cars are allowed in the beach
vicinity. The beach has access (new ramp builded in 2006) for the disabled
and all the amenities of a 5-star hotel, including
catering, showers, sports facilities, walking and
jogging paths, 2 swimming-pools, life-saving and
first-aid equipment, shopping and beauty parlors,
etc.
Life-guards are present during the season from 8
a.m. to 8 p.m.
The beach cooperates with local schools and
tourism associations on various educational
activities, including cleaning actions, presentations,
safety demonstrations, etc. Educational leaflets
and posters are also available on the beach.
