Plaza "Rokan", Beach located in Primorsko-goranska county

Beach «Rokan» is urban, concrete beach located in the center of Crikvenica town and surrounded by the town facilities. It has four entrances and can be accessed through walkway around the coast. Accesses to the beach are secured with ramps for disabled people.

The beach has lifeguards, life-saving equipment, first aid, facilities for disabled, sanitary facilities, showers, changing rooms, sport and catering facilities and facilities for receiving recyclable waste materials. Lifeguards are on duty from 09:00 am till 07:00 pm. Beach has two information boards with all relevant information.

There are no natural sensitive areas nearby. Environmental educational activities include exhibitions, children and adult workshops, sea and shore cleaning, eco-quiz, cooperation with kindergarten and primary school, citizen volunteers etc.
