Bacvice plaza, Beach located in Splitsko-dalmatinska county

Bacvice beach is a combination of sand (mostly)
and cement (smaller part of the beach). Bacvice is
an urban, central city beach, situated at the
outskirts of the narrow city center of the city of
Split - Bacvice bay is oriented toward Brac Channel
The beach has lifeguards, life-saving equipment,
first-aid, facilities for disabled, renting facilities,
catering facilities, showers, lockers, recycable
waste facilities. Certified lifeguards are present
during the whole bathing season, from 9 a.m. to 7
p.m.
Beach can be accessed by 3 enternaces, one of
them for the disabled with a special ramp. It has a
parking lot, right next to the pedestrian
crossing. The beach also has a safety enterance
ramps.
There are no sensitive areas, beach is
located in the vicinity of the city center. The beach
has information board with relevant information,
environmental actions in cooperation with
local Eco-schools.
