Beach "Gospa gusarica", Beach located in Splitsko-dalmatinska county

Beach “Gospa gusarica” is a main city beach situated in the city of Komiza, placed on the west side of the Vis island. The beach is accessible through a walkway adjusted for disabled people trespassing or by set of stairs.

The beach has lifeguards, life-saving equipment, first-aid, facilities for disabled people, renting facilities, sport facilities, catering facilities, showers, changing rooms and facilities for receiving recyclable waste materials. Lifeguards are on duty from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

There are no sensitive areas nearby.

The beach has a great cooperation with the local Elementary school “Komiza” in providing various environment protective activities such as leaflets distribution, cleaning actions organization, exhibitions, etc.
