Plaza "Punta" Omis, Beach located in Splitsko-dalmatinska county

Beach "Punta" is located on the east part of town of Omis in the immediate vicinity to the center. The beach is sandy. Catering objects, volleyball court, a mningolf terrain and a parking lot can be found in the backround of the beach. Access to the beach is ensured through the walkway next to the parking lot and it is also suitable for disabled people. A ramp for disabled people is also on the beach to facilitate their access to the sea. Changing booths, lifeguards towers and lifesaving equipement, showers with drinking water, bins for recycable waste, first aid are placed on the beach. The toilets for visitors and disabled people can be found in catering objects on the beach and in an object specially intended for this use.  Lifeguards are on duty from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. There are no sensitive areas nearby. Beach has three information boards with all relevant information. It distributes leaflets, organizes cleaning actions, lectures for public, exhibition, cooperates with local school, etc.
