Plaza "Borik" - Zadar, Beach located in Zadarska county

Borik beach is a combination of stone-tablets,
pebbles, cement and grass
It is a resort beach (used by local population, as
well as hotel guests), situated in front of a hotel. It
has a number of facilities including lifeguards, life-
saving equipment, first aid, catering facilities,
facilities for the disabled, recycable waste
facilities, swimming pool.
Certified lifeguards are present on the beach
during the season, from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
The beach of the hotel Borik is situated on
the north-west side of the peninsula
Puntamika in front of hotels. 1 km from the
center of the city of Zadar.
The hotel is 50 m from the coast, the area
between hotels and beach is filled with
mixture of forests (pine-tree, olive-tree), there are
no sensitive areas nearby
Asphalted roads lead to the beach, fenced
by swing-gates to stop the vehicles from
entering.
There is an information board with all the relevant
information, authomatic watering of green
areas, cooperation with local Eco-schools
and local tourism board, various cleaning
