Poole, Canford Cliffs Chine, Beach located in South West
A popular haven for the locals, this fine sandy beach offers more peaceful surroundings than some of Poole's livelier tourist hot spots. The water is clean and safe for swimming which make it an ideal location to visit with children. The beach also has a safe marked swim zone and a lost children patrol. Lifeguards are on duty between May and September. If the weather's wet, why not also visit the nearby Compton Acre gardens billed as among the finest in Europe. Open all year round, it features a craft shop, café, brasserie, railway exhibition, deer sanctuary and parking is free.
