beach of Les Roques (a natural area with coves

green area leading to the antique optical
telegraphic towers, ideal for walking and with

Beach location: Situated in the town and begins
at the dry river of Riera Capaspre extending along
to the Capaspre hills where the Calella lighthouse
is situated.
How to get to the beach: Walking, cycling (no
vehicles are allowed on this beach).
Environmental education and other facilities:
Information panels for correct use of beach (use
of bins, no putting out cigarettes on the sand, etc.),
information on environmental education in the
beach library and also in the beach bars.

From 1st-July to 12th –September, lifesaving and
first aid equipment and staff on duty on the beach
are assured. Bathing water quality and beach
services are still present in almost all Spanish Blue
Flag and Canary Islands for a wider period.
