Saundersfoot, Beach located in Wales
A large sandy beach with very shallow water, ideal for safe bathing. Adjacent to the beach is the popular habour which is home to a range of small commercial and leisure craft. The nearby shopping street runs parallel to the beach allowing several shops to have entrances on both the street and the beach. There are several delightful walks from the beach one of which leads to Wiseman Bridge through a cliff tunnel which forms part of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Parking at the height of the summer season can sometimes be problematic, but the town and beach are well worth a visit.
