The International Blue Flag Coordination welcomes the new members of the Programme and their pilot sites
The Blue Flag family has been extended with three new members: Belgium-Wallonia, Turks & Caicos Islands and Ukraine.
All countries submitted thorough feasibility studies and a gap analysis of their pilot sites, showing how far ahead the sites are in the process. The following sites have been awarded with the pilot certificate in recognition of their work forwards obtaining the Blue Flag:
In Belgium-Wallonia: Bamboise Lake, Ourthe River-Marboge, Robertville Lake and Semois River-Chiny.
In Turks & Caicos Islands: Bight Park, Govenors Beach, White Sands, Turtle Cove and Leeward Marina.
In Ukraine: Hotel Northern, Hotel Yalta, Massandra Beach and Yevpatoria
