ICOMIA is an important partner for FEE as the organisation supports the Blue Flag Programme with expert knowledge on marinas and the boating industry.
The Blue Flag Coordination participates on the ICOMIA Marinas Committee.

EUCC is an important partner to FEE for the exchange of information on coastal conservation and management issues.

The European Union is an important partner for FEE as most Blue Flag sites are located in Europe using the legislation of the European Union (e.g. the Bathing Water Directive and the Urban Waste Water Directive).
The Blue Flag Programme furthermore has a cooperation with the European Environmental Agency regarding the exchange of environmental data.
The European Environmental Agency is participating in the International Blue Flag Jury.
