
BeachTech is a division of the company Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG (producer of the famous Pistenbully, snow grooming machines), which specializes in the production of beach cleaning equipment. BeachTech’s business is based on the idea that quality tourism is linked to the cleanliness of the beaches, and in popular areas advanced cleaning methods are necessary.

Boxen Media is a Swedish company specializing in the production of advertisement funded equipment such as changing stations for beaches, life saving towers and more. They have worked with many sites in Sweden and have run pilot projects in Germany and Norway.
Boxen Media is a financial supporter of the Blue Flag Programme and is also a resource to help municipalities find the funding they need to assist with beach and marina infrastructure.

Shipmate is a sponsor and the flag producer currently used by the Blue Flag Programme. The flags are produced complying with the EU label of textiles. The flags are marked with the year of award. By the end of the season the flags are send to the nearest recycling centre to be recycled.
