Essaouira, Beach located in Essaouira
This sand bay well known by the surfers and visitors looking for the mix Culture/Beach is located in the center of Essaouira City (known by "Mogador") near the old city and the harbour.
All the necessary equipments allowing to visitors to spend good times are available on and around the beach (Sanitary blocks, lifeguards, sport area,...).
The local NGOs (Agenda 21, ENDA,...) and the Scouts Organization are working to developp an important programme of environmental education concerning activities and description of nearby natural areas (Arganier trees, dunes,..).
