
Fowey Harbour, Marina located in Fowey Harbour Commissioners
The Port of Fowey is a natural deep water harbour nestled in the picturesque southern coastlines of Cornwall. Commercially, Fowey is an important china clay port, exporting over a million tonnes annually, in more than 550 ships. The harbour is also a playground for many recreational activities, there are 1500 private moorings and over 7000 craft visit each year. Fowey is also a popular port of call for cruise liners.
In 2003, the port of Fowey became the first port under the Marina category to be awarded the Blue Flag. Fowey Harbour Commissioners will be proud for Fowey to continue flying the Blue Flag and will aspire to keep the designation in the coming years.
